NameRobo is an AI-powered domain name generator that helps users discover available domain names. The Service includes:

• Real-time domain availability checking via RDAP (Registration Data Access Protocol)
• Expiring and recently expired domain browsing
• Domain price comparison across registrars
• Links to third-party domain registrars for domain registration

The Service relies on artificial intelligence and third-party data sources. All outputs are generated algorithmically and should be treated as suggestions only, not as professional advice.

3. AI-Generated Content and Content Filtering

The domain name suggestions provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence models based on user input. You acknowledge and agree that:

• NameRobo employs automated content filtering systems that attempt to detect and block inappropriate, offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable inputs and outputs. However, no filtering system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be caught or prevented.
• NameRobo is not responsible for any inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or objectionable domain name suggestions that may be generated by the AI, whether resulting from user input or the AI's own output.
• Users are solely responsible for the content of their input prompts and for evaluating the suitability and appropriateness of any generated suggestions before use.
• AI-generated suggestions may inadvertently resemble existing trademarks, brand names, offensive terms, or culturally sensitive words in any language. NameRobo bears no liability for any such resemblance.
• The AI may occasionally produce unexpected, nonsensical, or inappropriate results. Users should exercise their own judgment before acting on any suggestion.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit prompts that are intentionally obscene, hateful, threatening, harassing, or that promote violence or discrimination
• Generate domain names intended for use in phishing, fraud, scams, or other illegal activities
• Generate domain names that infringe upon the trademarks or intellectual property of others, including cybersquatting or typosquatting
• Attempt to circumvent or bypass content filtering systems
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Service
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to excessively query the Service beyond normal use
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service's output without authorization

We reserve the right to block IP addresses and terminate access for users who violate these terms, without prior notice.

5. No Guarantee of Availability

While we strive to provide accurate domain availability information, we cannot guarantee that any domain shown as available will remain available at the time of your registration attempt. Domain availability can change at any moment, and we recommend registering desired domains promptly. NameRobo is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on availability data displayed by the Service.

6. Third-Party Services and Affiliate Links

NameRobo provides links to third-party domain registrars and services. Some of these links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you if you make a purchase through them. You acknowledge that:

• We are not responsible for the pricing, terms, conditions, or quality of service of any third-party registrar
• Any transactions conducted with third-party registrars are solely between you and that registrar
• The availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services is beyond our control
• Third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which you should review before use
• Domain prices displayed on the Service are sourced from third parties and may not reflect the most current pricing

• ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS

• Any domain name suggestions generated by the Service, including any that may be offensive, inappropriate, or infringing
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any transactions or interactions with third-party registrars or services
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Service's output or domain availability data
• Any content or conduct of any third party on or related to the Service

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NameRobo, its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
